Second Sunday of the Month | May–October | 9am | Wavertree | Free
Join the Seaport Museum for the final 2024 session of this seasonal favorite, yoga on the deck of the historic tall ship Wavertree. Anyone ages 12 and up is invited to start your Sunday with a mindful and invigorating 60-minute practice that is both accessible and challenging for all skill levels. Each session is peppered with information about the vessel itself and playlists are thoughtfully developed to reflect the serenity of the water and lively seasonal themes. May will feature a mom-inspired playlist for Mother’s Day, June will feature a Pride playlist for Pride Month, and July through September will feature a water-themed playlist to celebrate Summer.
Classes are free, and advance registration is required. Please bring your own yoga mat; classes take place on the metal deck of a ship, and a mat will help with your practice. Capacity is limited; claim your space before each class is full!

About the 1885 Tall Ship Wavertree
Wavertree was built at Southampton, England, in 1885 and, after a 24-year sailing career and circumnavigating the globe at least three times, is now the last remaining iron-hulled three-masted full-rigged cargo ship. Today, Wavertree serves as the iconic centerpiece of the bustling waterfront that shaped New York City into a modern metropolis.
